Property Manager, LCAM Paradigm Community Association Management Services, Inc. Palm Springs, FL 33461 Are you a licensed CAM professional who values strong relationships, organized operations, and thriving communities? We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Community Association Manager to join our team and help ensure our communities remain well-maintained, safe, and welcoming places to live. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between residents, board members, vendors, and staff, helping to create a positive experience for everyone involved. What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and board members, providing responsive, respectful, and helpful support. Keep community records accurate and up-to-date through careful data entry and document management. Use property management software (such as Enumerate or similar platforms) to streamline operations, track work orders, and maintain owner records. Conduct routine property inspections, follow up on maintenance issues, and ensure the community stays safe, clean, and visually appealing. Supervise on-site staff and work closely with vendors to carry out maintenance and improvement projects. Assist with bid solicitation, vendor coordination, and project oversight while adhering to the association’s budget and guidelines. Support board members by preparing for meetings and providing timely updates, reports, and guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
A Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) with prior experience managing condominium or homeowners associations. Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—you’re friendly, professional, and able to handle challenges with a calm, solution-focused mindset. Familiarity with property management software, especially Enumerate or similar platforms. A team player with a service-minded approach and a genuine interest in improving the resident experience.
