Your new role As the Senior General Manager, you will oversee a high-rise luxury property along with all leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, resident retention and administrative responsibilities as well as oversight of the maintenance staff. What you’ll need to succeed Strong background in Property Management (7+ years) Minimum of 5+ years in Luxury Class A Strong leadership skills (experience managing a team) Experience with financials (budgets, reports, invoices, Etc.)
