Job Description
Property Maintenance Manager We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our residential and/or commercial properties. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage vendors and maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general property maintenance, repairs, and inspections Coordinate and supervise vendors and maintenance personnel Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment Collaborate with property management on capital improvements and planning
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance or facility management Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to be on call for emergency maintenance as needed
Preferred:
