Impact Manager The Impact Manager is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role that drives the Compassionate Humane Education (CHE) initiatives while ensuring the growth, sustainability, and overall impact of the organization. The Impact Manager supports the Executive Director and collaborates with leadership to ensure strategic and programmatic success in driving key initiatives forward. Organizational Growth Support the Director in managing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Support the leadership team in long-term planning, development initiatives, compliance, strategic objectives. Assist with development of and integrate CHE programs into school curricula, workshops, and outreach initiatives. Assist with daily sanctuary operations and animal care initiatives as needed. Assist with daily school operations and student initiatives as needed. Community Impact & Outreach Represent the organization at community events, speaking engagements, and conferences. Organize, manage, and represent the organization at special events to promote community engagement, enhance outreach and impact, and support school initiatives. Conduct school/sanctuary tours in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring an engaging and educational experience that aligns with CHE principles. Fundraising, Grants & Development Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, events, and sponsorships. Research, write, and manage grants to secure funding for programs and expansion. Cultivate relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and funding partners. Social Media & Marketing Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote programs, and increase engagement across various channels, including digital, print, and community outreach efforts. Manage, execute, create social media content to ensure engaging, mission-driven storytelling that highlights animal stories, education, and impact. Monitor engagement and respond to comments to foster a community-driven presence online. The Impact Manager plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission by both leading and directly executing key initiatives that drive Compassionate Humane Education, outreach, fundraising, and marketing efforts. This position requires adaptability, collaboration, and strategic leadership, as responsibilities may involve overseeing programs, working alongside teams, or independently managing critical tasks to ensure the sustainability and success of the organization’s long-term goals.
