POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple HOA and condominium communities. From leading meetings and coordinating vendors to handling resident communications and financial oversight, this role puts you at the heart of community operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering a great experience for both residents and board members. If you are not already licensed as a CAM, that’s okay, as this company is open to a candidate in the process or eager to obtain their Florida LCAM license.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROPERTY MANAGER
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned communities, fostering strong relationships with boards and homeowners.
Support board members in planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure communities are well-maintained and in compliance.
Coordinate vendors and contractors. Ensure quality control and timely completion of services.
Organize and participate in board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
Monitor community compliance and stay ahead of insurance or legal requirements.
Interpret and apply community governing documents and association policies.
Track expenses and contribute to maintaining the financial health of each community.
Address resident concerns and questions with professionalism and care.
Manage on-site personnel as needed, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER
At least 2 years of experience in property management. A professional who is eager to take the next step in their career or transition into the HOA/COA side of property management.
Interest in obtaining a Florida CAM license if not already licensed.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and responsive.
Comfort with financial reports, budgets, and coordinating vendors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
