Advertise and market vacant units Conduct property tours and open houses Qualify applicants and process background checks Negotiate lease terms and close deals Collect rent and issue receipts Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance Monitor local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in property management Proven success in lease-ups and marketing High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification preferred Strong knowledge of leasing practices and real estate laws Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) preferred
