Manufactured Housing Community Manager Wildflower Management Group Fort Meade, FL 33841 Seeking Community Manager Seeking an experienced mobile home community manager. This is in a beautiful 55+ active lifestyle manufactured housing community at Fort Meade Estates that is well-maintained with amenities and friendly residents. The ideal candidate should have experience with community management preferably in manufactured housing/mobile home parks, strong understanding of resident relations, and be willing to collaborate with our manufactured housing sales representative. Position:

The individual will have superb communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with current and prospective residents, be highly organized and timely, and be passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success. The Property Manager maintains property operations, attracts, and serves residents, and ensures we meet our financial goals.

Job responsibilities will include:

Provide exceptional customer service to residents to ensure an excellent living experience Collect rent and other property fees from residents in a timely manner Investigate and resolve resident and property issues in a timely and professional manner Report the property’s financial status, occupancy, delinquencies, expiring leases, and new resident applications to property owner Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities Maximize the profitability of the property. Follow up and report on any potential rent delinquencies and work on maintaining full collection Actively market to attract new residents, meet prospective applicants, and show the property. Performing prompt follow-up and provide excellent communication to contribute to the positive living experience of our residents Inspect properties and arrange for repairs and new materials as requested Ensure that the property is clean and attractive in order to maximize occupancy. Conduct community inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans in order to improve the property Must be on call to handle maintenance emergencies Your Skills and Experience Include Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting Strong operational, collaborative, and communication skills with a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position. At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills Experience in sales strongly preferred. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications. Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a competitive salary
