Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all property repairs and maintenance items with vendors and maintenance. Manage and coordinate tenant communication. Respond timely and courteously to problems and requests of tenants Provide 24 hours coverage to meet up with emergency needs of tenants Perform property site visits and inspections. Organize tenant move-in/move-out and eviction when necessary Ensure the tenant monthly billings are accurate and correct. Assist and oversee with tenant accounts receivable and facilitate collection efforts. Generate annual CAM Reconciliations/Budgets Oversee tenant and vendor insurances Generate and distribute monthly financial reports, and maintaining records Assist with on-boarding of newly acquired and developed properties Implement best practices into the V 3 Capital Property Management platform Check for all available opportunities to ensure reduction of cost Review for accuracy and approve all property accounts payable invoices in the accounting software. Ensure proper maintenance of lease and property files and ensure such files are updated as required Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have experience working in the real estate, legal, or finance industry – preferably in commercial real estate. Exceptional organization skills and experience implementing organizational practices. Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate professionally with a variety of people including executives, consultants, and clients. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with legal documents, such as leases and contracts. Yardi Breeze experience a plus
