Black Hammock Fish Camp Road, Oviedo, FL 32765 On-Site Vacation Rental Property Manager – Black Hammock, Oviedo, FL Part-Time or Full-Time | On-Site Only We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Property Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time) to oversee 9 vacation rental homes in the Black Hammock area of Oviedo, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests at check-in Confirm guests match the reservation details (correct number of guests, no unapproved pets, number of vehicles, etc.) Ensure the cleaning team does high-quality work: Inspect beds, towels, drawers, cabinets, closets, and all surfaces for cleanliness Verify that each home is fully equipped and in proper working order (nothing missing or broken) Check patios, terraces, and yards to ensure they are clean and presentable Restock guest supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) in designated storage areas Conduct walk-throughs before check-ins and after check-outs Maintain availability on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for guest check-ins, emergencies, and property inspections
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing short-term rental properties (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) Applications without prior short-term rental management experience
WILL NOT
be considered Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proven ability to resolve guest or maintenance issues quickly and professionally Must live locally or within a short driving distance to the Black Hammock area
Important Notes:
Online bookings and guest communication are handled separately – this position is strictly focused on on-site operations Weekend and holiday availability is required
