Property Manager Ancient City Hideaways 27 Old Mission Avenue, Saint Augustine, FL 32084 Love where you live? Want to work in the beautiful, historic city of St. Augustine AND be part of a fun, growing vacation rental team? Ancient City Hideaways is looking for a local, reliable, and people-focused Property Manager to help us care for a portfolio of unique short-term rental homes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping guests have 5-star stays (think: check-ins, quick responses, problem solving) Making sure our properties are clean, stocked, and guest-ready Coordinating with cleaners, handymen, and vendors Keeping homeowners in the loop with updates and reports Doing property inspections and supply runs
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s organized, dependable, and great with people Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or property management A flexible schedule (some weekends/holidays required) Local knowledge of St. Augustine is a big plus Tech-savvy and not afraid of booking platforms or apps Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
