Occasionally you may need to visit other Reservations in Florida (Hollywood, Clewiston, Immokalee, etc). The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with flexibility to be on call 24/7. Position Summary The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing and coordinating Housing property operations, maintenance and administrative functions. The individual negotiates, develops, and prepares leases, permits, contracts, and other property agreements for the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Housing Department. The incumbent coordinates and monitors the performance of contractors and investigates and resolves complaints from tenants when services are not properly provided. Supervises and schedules the work of Property Vendors.
Qualifications / Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. A Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience as Property Manager is required; or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
