Summary:
Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests and the Management Company. Provides friendly, courteous service and follow up. First contact for all issues, requests and questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
Maintain condition and damage control for homes/units.
Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, emailing.
Securing reservation bookings and speaking with guests.
Meet guests at check-in.
Manage homeowner projects.
Check on cleanliness of homes/units.
Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously in a manner which is beneficial to all involved.
Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
Complete daily paperwork.
Other duties may be assigned.•Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s License.
Pay Starting at $21/hr•
