An Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues Work directly with the housekeeping manager on property issues along with maintenance, housekeepers, property managers and laundry employees to ensure things are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting Maintenance Issues Property Preparation and Staging. This is where you can let your designer skills show! Help prepare the property to present a warm, welcoming visual presentation for incoming guests! Property Inventory Platinum offers paid vacation time, mileage reimbursement, optional supplementary benefits, and competitive wages. This is a perfect position for someone looking to enter the property management field and will provide invaluable experience with vacation rental operations, staging, systems, and more! Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, be dependable, and able to multi-task.
