Property Manager M2 Property Management Milledgeville, GA 31061 We’re looking for a manager that engages with our residents. Who makes sure our residents are at home and their needs are met and deliver flexible housing solutions. As a Property Manager you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the day to day operations, utilizing all resources to accomplish property objectives and operational goals. Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, property budget and organization of the property management office and maintenance
- Ensure collections of rent, deposits, and fees
- Responsible for planning and controlling expenditures in order to obtain products and services at a minimum cost. To initiate, review and approve payables within products with authorized spending limits
- Provide training, supervision and support to community employees
- Timely apartment ready turns to show in 3-5 days
- Provide marketing reports and strategies Qualifications
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Real Page, or Resman
- Knowledge in Low income and Affordable Housing
- Prior experience with 75+ units
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager
- CPM or CAM certificates are preferred but not required
- Strong customer services, communication, and organizational skills
- Detailed orientated and ability to multitask
- Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergency situations professionally
