Reporting to the Property Manager, your core responsibilities will include customer service, property leasing, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations. Your premium skills in entrata, and landlord-tenant law will enhance your effectiveness in managing properties. Additionally, your relevant skills in negotiation, contracts, and property maintenance will support the overall success of our property management team. Key Responsibilities Leasing Support:

Create and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and achieve financial targets. Analyze market trends to adjust tactics accordingly. Schedule and Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospective residents.

Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to stay informed about local trends, competition, and resident preferences, adjusting strategies as needed.

Marketing Coordination:

develop and implement promotional campaigns, social media strategies to enhance visibility, and community outreach efforts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.

Resident Relations:

Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance resident retention.

Operational Assistance:

Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, including maintenance requests, rent collections, and administrative tasks.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and assist in preparing reports on leasing progress, occupancy rates, resident feedback, and market conditions.

Community Events:

Help plan and execute community events to foster resident engagement and build a sense of community. Qualifications Strong customer service skills Experience in property management and leasing Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Proficient in entrata property management software Understanding of landlord-tenant law and conflict management Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities Administrative experience with data entry and filing systems Effective communication and phone etiquette skills
