Job Description
Property Manager Rental Properties in Cartersville Cartersville, GA 30120 Property manager for three residential rental complexes. Fully accountable for all day to day operations. Duties include, but not limited to: show and lease properties to prospective tenants; collect rent, post and balance payments; greet walk-ins and answer incoming calls; maintain accurate records of rental documents and transactions; submit work orders; coordinate maintenance schedule and ensure repairs are completed timely; schedule vendors for work and rent ready items; ensure that work is complete and satisfactory and that invoices are approved and submitted to corporate office for payment; deal with tenant concerns and requests on a timely basis; and other duties as necessary. Must pass background check. Must have valid drivers license.
