Monday-Friday What You’ll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day management of a 400+ unit residential property portfolio Handle lease agreements, renewals, and management contracts with accuracy and care Communicate clearly and consistently with owners, tenants, and vendors Resolve maintenance requests and tenant concerns quickly and professionally Ensure compliance with lease terms, policies, and housing regulations Deliver outstanding customer service while balancing multiple priorities Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation
Who You Are:
Experienced in residential property management An excellent communicator – both written and verbal Skilled at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Familiar with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) Professional, positive, and service-driven in all interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
