Property Manager – Kingsland, Georgia We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations of an apartment community in Kingsland, GA, operating under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This role requires a motivated individual who can quickly learn the responsibilities of the position, process applications efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards in compliance, tenant relations, and property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day property operations in accordance with LIHTC guidelines Conduct leasing and marketing activities Complete unit inspections and ensure curb appeal Deliver exceptional resident services and support Perform light office cleaning and maintain organized records (digital and hard copy) Ensure compliance with deadlines and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Customer service and general office experience required; housing/property management experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDFs, and cloud-based systems Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with diverse populations Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times Self-motivated, dependable, and driven by a service-first mindset

Schedule:
