Apartment Property Manager Position Available In Catoosa, Georgia

Apartment Property Manager Investors Management Company Ringgold, GA 30736 Investors Management Company is hiring for the position of Property Manager at new tax credit property being built in Macon, GA. This Property Manager position is responsible for:

• daily property operations and leasing which include collection, recording and depositing incoming rents within 24 hours of collection.
• process applications for waitlist/move ins and forward to Compliance for approval.
• supervise Maintenance on a daily basis ensuring work orders/preventative maintenance is being done.
• provide customer service to residents, taking service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• ensure vacant apartments are being cleaned, painted and turned by maintenance, marketed and leased quickly within the timeframe given.
• planning and attending required monthly resident activities.

Leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Property Management experience or prior tax credit experience.
