Leasing Specialist Konter Management Company Savannah, GA 31419 Active Property Management Firm seeking Full Time Leasing Specialist Are you passionate about real estate and customer service? Join our team as a Leasing Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for generating traffic, booking appointments, maximizing rentals, and assisting with marketing programs for our property. You will also support the presentation and monitoring of our product, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate traffic and book appointments Maximize rentals and assist with leasing efforts Support marketing programs for the property Provide exceptional customer service to residents Entertain service requests and ensure residents have what they need from the community Ensure tenant loyalty and retention Comply with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
