The job requires a professional & organized person who will work directly under the owner of the company. Ideal candidate will have experience or the ability learn quickly rental real estate business, property management and associated management software. Candidates with experience in marketing, branding and project management will be given preference. Responsibilities include assisting property manager with: Showing Leasing Maintenance task coordination Move ins Move outs Receive calls Tenant Relationship Tenant Administrative functions

Qualifications:

1-3 years Experience in property management or real estate industry is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required. Must reside within 15 minutes of Athens GA.

Evenings as needed Every weekend Monday to Friday On call
