Working closely with the Property Manager, this position is essential to creating a positive and thriving community environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a strong passion for community engagement. The role calls for a proactive, organized individual with leadership abilities, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and aligning with the company’s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, managing leases, conducting property inspections, facilitating tenant transitions, and preparing reports. Focus on community-building efforts by fostering strong relationships with tenants and staff, participating in community projects, and supporting the community coordinator. Maintain a people-first approach, showing empathy, respect, and compassion in all interactions. Apply creativity and resourcefulness to continually improve processes and procedures. Promote teamwork and leadership within the office and property, cultivating a culture of hard work, success, and active community participation. Oversee various aspects of property maintenance, tenant relations, and management duties.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Highly organized, detail-focused, and effective in managing tasks. Capable of working well under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities. Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive demeanor and the ability to remain composed in all situations. Demonstrated success in resolving customer concerns effectively.
