Entry Level Manager 1CONNECT Consulting inc Marietta, GA Join our team as an Entry Level Manager and help raise awareness for life-changing nonprofit organizations. Our Entry Level Manager team works exclusively with charity clients, partnering with some of the most impactful causes in the country. In this Entry Level Manager role, you’ll speak directly with potential donors to represent our charity partners with passion and professionalism. The Entry Level Manager position is your chance to make a difference while building real-world leadership and communication skills. Entry Level Manager Responsibilities Represent charity clients through direct, in-person donor outreach. Lead and motivate a small outreach team during community engagement efforts. Attend promotional events to increase visibility for charity campaigns. Maintain accurate donor records and assist with daily Entry Level Manager performance tracking. Contribute to a positive, purpose-driven work culture for the Entry Level Manager team that supports each charity’s mission. Entry Level Manager Requirements Excellent communication and people skills A strong desire to support charity organizations Comfort speaking with donors in public and event-based settings A team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude No prior management experience required, training is provided!

$50,063.24 – $60,291.21 per year
Compensation Package:
Bonus opportunities Commission pay Uncapped commission
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
