As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

Tenant Relations:

Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, managing lease agreements, and overseeing the move-in and move-out processes.

Property Maintenance:

Coordinating and supervising property maintenance and repairs, obtaining bids from vendors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget, and conducting regular property inspections.

Financial Management:

Collecting rent payments, managing security deposits, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation.

Leasing and Marketing:

Managing all the showing to prospective tenants, processing applications, conducting background checks, and implementing marketing strategies to minimize vacancies.

Compliance and Legal:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, and maintaining accurate records.

Vendor Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identifying and resolving property-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum [Specify number, e.g., 2+] years).
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting. A background in finance is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, owners, and vendors.
