Property Manager Solution Property Management Kennesaw, GA 30152 Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for property management. If so, we want you to join our growing team as a Full-Time Property Manager! We are a dynamic and reputable property management company committed to providing exceptional service to both our property owners and tenants. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, proactive approach, and dedication to maintaining high-quality properties throughout the Metro Atlanta area. As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
Tenant Relations:
Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, managing lease agreements, and overseeing the move-in and move-out processes.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinating and supervising property maintenance and repairs, obtaining bids from vendors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget, and conducting regular property inspections.
Financial Management:
Collecting rent payments, managing security deposits, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation.
Leasing and Marketing:
Managing all the showing to prospective tenants, processing applications, conducting background checks, and implementing marketing strategies to minimize vacancies.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, and maintaining accurate records.
Vendor Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identifying and resolving property-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. What you’ll bring to the team:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum [Specify number, e.g., 2+] years).
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting. A background in finance is a significant plus.
