Candidate should have a broad-based experience in high-end residential landscape maintenance. Works closely with clients, sales staff, groundsmen and management to shape and grow the business in residential maintenance. The ideal candidate would have professional maintenance and sales experience, however, a genuine interest and aptitude in sales will suffice. Qualifications Required

• Horticulture degree or equivalent field experience (minimum 5 yrs.)
• Maintenance account management experience a plus
• Floriculture knowledge
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Self-motivated
• Goal-oriented (Meets deadlines, sense of urgency, achieves sales objectives monthly)
• Team player
• Multi-tasker
• Strong plant and turf knowledge Duties
• Engage customers and prospects in landscape sales, consultation and small-scale design
• Generate and present landscape proposals
