The ideal candidate will have management experience, possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of project management, and the ability to manage quotas/financials. This role requires a proactive approach to growth, revenue reporting and coaching service techs. Must have at least 10 years of electrical experience and at least 2 years of management experience. Duties Lead and manage service teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Develop project schedules and manage timelines to meet client expectations. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Hold regular service meetings for training, safety and coaching. Utilize ServiceTitan for effective tracking and reporting. Conduct regular assessments of service performance, identifying areas for improvement. Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices. Report weekly and monthly financials to management. Periodically perform service calls when schedule is full. Periodically perform quotes for homeowners. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the residential electrical service industry. Strong grasp of financials, spreadsheets, quota attainment and modeling growth. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
