We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for all residents. As we expand our reach, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Administration & Operations:
Visit multiple properties to oversee administrative and operational tasks. Assist in leasing activities, including processing applications, conducting property tours, and preparing lease agreements. Maintain and update tenant records, lease documents, and compliance reports. Coordinate property inspections and ensure all records are up to date.
Tenant Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns. Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, rent payments, and property policies. Assist with resolving tenant issues and escalating complex matters to the property manager.
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
Conduct routine property checks and report maintenance needs. Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule repairs and services. Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and tenant satisfaction.
Financial & Reporting Duties:
Collect and process rent payments, deposits, and other fees as needed. Prepare reports on property performance, tenant occupancy, and maintenance issues. Assist in budget management and cost control for property operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software. Ability to work independently, travel between properties, and adapt to changing priorities. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
