Job Description
Property Manager Barr Residential and Development Lithonia, GA 30058 We are currently hiring for a site property manger of 406 affordable apartment unit located in Lithonia GA . The site manager is responsible for the day to day site operations which include but are not limited to: Rent Collection Handling Resident concerns Overseeing site staff Reporting to regional manager Work Orders Meeting or exceeding budgets Submitting invoices in a timely fashion and making sure vendors complete their work on time and properly Meet or exceed company standards Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
