Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 150+ room property. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction while managing budgets, vendors, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial reporting. Lead, train, and supervise on-site staff to ensure operational excellence and resident satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates. Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. Manage vendor contracts, negotiate services, and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability. Resolve resident complaints and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Maintain detailed records of leases, contracts, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

3+ years of property management experience, preferably with properties 100 units/rooms or larger. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with property management software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification (CAM, CPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
