Full Job Description Job Title:

Hybrid Multi-Property Storage Manager Compensation:

$16-$20/hr, 40 hours/week (typically Tuesday-Saturday, weekend availability required)

Location:

Atlanta, GA (one day per week in-office heavily preferred but not required)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Multi-Property Storage Manager to support our growing portfolio of storage properties. This role includes customer engagement, sales, marketing, collections, and maintaining property standards to ensure outstanding customer experiences. You’ll thrive here if you: Have 2+ years experience in self-storage, multifamily, or retail management Are proficient with Sitelink , StorEdge , or similar Property Management Systems (PMS) and able to quickly learn Zapier-powered automations Enjoy hybrid work environments—comfortable driving to properties (clean driving record & reliable transportation required) and efficiently managing tasks remotely Understand that great operations require attention to detail, disciplined use of checklists, SOPs, and photo logs Have knowledge of your state’s lien laws or the ability to quickly master them Communicate with empathy, close confidently, and maintain thorough documentation

Nice-to-Haves:

Background in collections or accounts receivable Experience with Google Workspace and Slack Spanish language proficiency

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Head of Operations to achieve company and property-specific performance goals Actively sell storage units through phone and in-person interactions, converting leads to leases Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction Manage collections efforts by contacting delinquent accounts via phone and email, including account research Ensure all properties consistently meet brand standards Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and transactions effectively
