Property Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 501 N River Parkway, Sandy Springs, GA 30350 The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations and financial impact of an assigned community and to provide leadership, mentorship, and development to all property team member under their direct supervision.   • Trusted with the customer service experience for existing and prospective residents in accordance with our service standards.
  • Provide sales, customer service, administrative leadership and support to the team and overall operation.
  • Contribute to the achievement of financial objectives by leading the rent collection efforts, ensuring timely bill processing and payment, operational forecasting, annual budget prep, scheduling expenditures, variance analysis, and initiating corrective action.
  • Navigate and resolve resident issues with clear and courteous communication and coach others in doing the same.
  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of advertisement materials and property marketing campaigns.
  • Create and disseminate timely, clear, and compassionate communications to prospects, residents, vendors, and internal groups/team members.
  • Contribute to elevating and maintaining an exceptional online reputation and compliance with state and local legal requirements. Team leadership and development

  • Ensure that policies, procedures, safety, and compliance expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met.

  • Distribute communications to residents to inform them of upcoming and day to day activity of ongoing capital projects.
  • Perform the close-out of jobs by walking through the units after renovations are completed to sign off and accept the renovation.
  • Contact, schedule, and meet with contractors. Qualifications
  • Strong background in property management
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
  • Experience in property leasing and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software
  • Excellent customer service and conflict management skills Education and/or Experience
  • Minimum 3 years property management experience required and 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of career progression in the property management industry with a strong desire to grow as an operational and people leader.
  • Demonstrated exceptional aptitude to influence up, down and across functional areas without creating siloes.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills
  • written, verbal, social media.
  • Strong financial aptitude and budget management skills.
  • Digitally proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, social media.
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or industry specific management software, such as Yardi required.
  • Demonstrated resilience and commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$90,000.00

  • $95,000.
