Property Manager Ghan and Cooper Multifamily Atlanta, GA 30331 Summary As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and property leasing while utilizing knowledge of the Atlanta multifamily market to successfully operate your assigned property. Your role will also involve conflict management and administrative tasks, supported by relevant skills in negotiation and property maintenance. Qualifications Strong customer service skills At least two years property manager experience (required) Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in AppFolio property management software Understanding of landlord-tenant law and conflict management Excellent negotiation and communication skills Administrative experience with data entry and filing systems
