About the Role They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 150 plus-unit luxury apartment community in Smyrna, GA. This role requires someone polished, professional, and experienced in managing a similar-sized property. What You Get to

Do:

Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the property
Supervise leasing and maintenance personnel
Manage leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and capital improvements
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and peers to meet company goals
What You Need to

Succeed:

2+ years of experience in multifamily property management (150+ units)
Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
Prior experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (or similar software)
A stable job history (not looking for candidates with frequent job changes)
A keen aptitude for learning and applying reporting tools (training available)
