Non-negotiable salary range:

$90-$100K. We manage affordable housing communities, senior living, and multifamily properties, with a commitment to creating sustainable housing solutions through programs like Section 8, HCVP, LIHTC, and project-based vouchers.

Position Overview:

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of several properties, ensuring financial goals are met, properties are well-maintained, and tenants are satisfied. This role requires strong leadership in managing property managers and maintenance teams, compliance with federal housing programs, and a focus on tenant retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Oversight:

Supervise property managers, conduct site visits, and ensure properties meet company standards.

Financial Management:

Develop budgets, monitor financials, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a positive work environment.

Resident Relations:

Ensure tenant satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints and overseeing leases.

Marketing & Leasing:

Implement marketing strategies, oversee the leasing process, and adjust based on market trends.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, particularly affordable housing programs.

Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on property performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in property management or business. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager. Proficiency with LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 policies, and procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Reliable transportation required; travel expected.
