As the Regional Property Manager for our Atlanta Region, you will play a pivotal role in managing property operations, guiding site teams, and delivering strong financial and operational results. What You’ll Do Oversee a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities across Atlanta, ensuring top-tier performance in occupancy, rent growth, and resident satisfaction. Lead, train, and mentor on-site teams to build high-performance cultures and support professional growth. Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor evaluations to inform pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to align operations with company goals and values. Manage budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and compliance across the portfolio. Represent Chandler Residential in the local real estate market and apartment association networks.
