This role helps ensure performance standards are met by reviewing property metrics, assisting with leasing and financial workflows, and providing hands-on support as needed across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Property Performance:
Review Entrata dashboards and daily task summaries for all properties to ensure compliance and productivity.
Site Team Support:
Visit on-site teams regularly to provide operational assistance, training, and to maintain company standards. Serve as on-site coverage as needed to support staffing gaps or special circumstances.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain clear, timely communication with property teams and corporate leadership. Serve as a liaison between property staff and owners when needed. Assist with applicant screening and leasing support when requested by property managers.
Financial & Accounting Tasks:
Support properties with day-to-day financial responsibilities, including reviewing and posting invoices. Assist with reconciliation of financial items and ensure timely completion of month-end processes. Complete and review monthly bonus packets submitted by each property.
Resident & Customer Service:
Provide support in resolving resident issues or complaints in coordination with property management. Promote and uphold WPMC’s commitment to professional, resident-focused service.
Training & Development:
Participate in property-level and corporate training efforts. Assist with onboarding, systems training, and policy updates. Support Regional Director in coaching teams on operational processes.
General Corporate Support:
Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Regional Director as needed. Take on additional tasks or projects to ensure the overall success and performance of assigned communities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or a related administrative support role. Experience with Entrata property management software strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to various property locations within assigned region. High attention to detail and follow-through on tasks. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively with owners, residents, and peers. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to manage shifting priorities and provide support across multiple teams.
Physical Requirements:
