HOA Property Manager 2.2 2.2 out of 5 stars 6053 Veterans Pkwy # 300, Columbus, GA 31909 Job Summary The HOA Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of homeowners’ associations. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise, legal knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage community relations and ensure compliance with governing documents. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing resident concerns, managing contracts, and fostering a positive community environment. Duties Oversee the administration of the homeowners’ association, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Manage communication with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and files related to association activities, contracts, and resident communications. Collaborate with board members to develop and implement policies that enhance community living. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for common areas, ensuring high standards of upkeep. Facilitate meetings with residents and the board, preparing agendas and minutes as required. Implement strategies for community engagement, including events and newsletters to promote resident involvement. Monitor financial reports and budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility within the association. Requirements Proven experience in legal administrative roles or similar positions related to homeowners’ associations or real estate management. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with residents and vendors. Familiarity with contract management and negotiation processes. Sales skills are a plus for promoting community initiatives or events. Strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in file management systems. Knowledge of relevant laws governing homeowners’ associations is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while also being a team player within the community. This position is essential for maintaining a harmonious living environment within the community while ensuring that all operational aspects are handled efficiently.
