Part time director Mary Jo’s Play Place & ELC Donaldsonville, LA 70346 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in delivering high-quality services and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health, program development, and management, with a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage budgets, supervise staff, and foster relationships within the community. Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage departmental budgets to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with funding requirements. Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to enhance their professional development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and families. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices within the field of behavioral health. Lead strategic planning initiatives to advance the organization’s mission and goals.
