What You’ll Do Sales & Customer Service Help customers find the best storage solutions and close sales through in-person and phone engagement Promote our services through advertising and local marketing strategies Deliver a professional, helpful, and friendly experience every step of the way Daily Operations & Administration Manage payments, deposits, invoices, and other administrative tasks Optimize revenue through pricing, promotions, and occupancy strategies Stay on top of reports, record-keeping, and state lien law compliance Property Maintenance & Security Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and in top condition Perform light maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, trash removal, lock replacements) Monitor and manage security systems Team Collaboration Work closely with Area or District Managers and other Property Managers in your market Foster a positive work environment and uphold The Highline Way What We’re Looking For Required Skills Sales and customer service mindset Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Flexibility to work Saturdays and occasional overtime Reliable transportation to and from work Why Join Highline?
