Property Management Ceabos Management Company, LLC Benton, LA 71006 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management processes, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a thorough understanding of property management practices, including compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Duties Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate necessary repairs. Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry, lease administration, and tracking maintenance requests. Assist in the leasing process by upselling available units and promoting community amenities to prospective tenants. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations while processing applications and conducting tenant screenings. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of property issues and upkeep of common areas. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and managing correspondence related to property management. Skills Proficient in customer relationship management with a focus on exceptional customer service. Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite is preferred. Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs and Fair Housing regulations is essential. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping. Ability to effectively upsell properties and amenities to potential tenants. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with tenants and vendors effectively. Problem-solving abilities to address tenant issues promptly while maintaining a positive relationship.
