Rate:

$16.50

• $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
• Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

 Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements + At least one year of experience in on-site property management. + Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. + Must be able to work every Saturday with an alternative day off during the week. Required License or Certification:

 Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable. Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
