Assistant Property Manager – Baton Rouge, LA Rampart Multi-Family a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager for a Multi-Family Complex. Duties include but not limited to: Maintain accurate client records and updates on a daily basis all rents deposits and application fees received from clients. Issue appropriate notices when necessary (e.g. late payments, evictions notices, returned memos). Deposits all receipts prior to bank close each day. Physically inspects community when on the grounds. Inspects move-outs and vacancies when requested. Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and client retention. Works with lease renewals each month. Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new clients and current clients. Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes idea to Site Manager for marketing community and improving client satisfaction. Updates reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc. on a daily basis and provides information to the

Site Manager Qualifications:

Minimum one year of experience in multi-family property management, preferred. Previous apartment leasing / retail sales experience High school education or equivalent, required Must have Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint) experience. Good organizational skills.
