The Leasing Director is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with the clients and ownership group and closing leasing inquiries efficiently. This role is based in the leasing office, designed to foster collaboration and productivity. Candidates must be able and willing to work on-site and available to work weekends. Core Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Respond to incoming inquiries daily and schedule property tours for interested prospects Provide overviews for all general inquiries that come into the leasing office Conduct property and residence tours involving compelling and presentations catering to prospects needs, values and concerns Select target apartment homes daily for tours assuring that they are freshened every morning Conduct follow-up outreach in regard to questions, concerns and requests of prospects and ensure all leads are actively pursued appropriately Provide concise and easy to follow application instructions on the leasing and approval process to prospects Develop monthly rental rate and concession reports for the property’s competitive set Handle and maintain property pricing grids and inventory Assist and run concise daily and weekly leasing traffic reports Facilitate the lease signing process for each residence leased Interact daily with management and maintenance team regarding prospect and resident feedback regarding your Community Update Community advertising Provide leasing and administrative support to the Community Director daily as needed Job Requirements Motivated by the ability to make MAJOR commission dollars in addition to a generous hourly rate! Must onsite multifamily leasing experience Social media marketing experience Affordable property leasing and marketing experience is a plus Strong ability to interact successfully with potential residents Excellent verbal and writing communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing market conditions, building rehab conditions, changing timelines and inventory fluctuation Strong organizational skills Ability to succeed and collaborate in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in RealPage OneSite a plus
