As a fast-paced, technology-driven company specializing in Homeowners Association (HOA) management, we take pride in delivering superior customer support. We’re seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and proactive problem-solver who thrives in an on-site environment, enjoys working directly with homeowners, board members, and vendors, and is passionate about maintaining beautiful communities and protecting property values.

The Details:

Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts $65,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations Oversee work orders, vendor coordination, and community communications Enforce community rules and support homeowners professionally and empathetically Maintain financial health of the association by tracking budgets, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports Lead meetings, facilitate new board orientations, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate Oversee a team of direct reports

High School Diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation with a clean driving record A high level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative Familiarity with HOA operations and vendor management a plus (we’ll train the right person!)
