You’ll oversee day-to-day logistics in our office at The Rigs at The Batture, ensuring everything runs cleanly and efficiently. This role is a blend of hospitality, coordination, and general admin—ideal for someone who enjoys being the hub of a small, busy team. As real estate professionals, we strive to further enhance this dynamic. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist all office visitors, including clients, tenants, vendors, and prospective Rigs members Manage phone and email inquiries, routing messages to the appropriate team member Maintain organization and cleanliness across shared office and kitchen areas Oversee supply levels, deliveries, and vendor coordination for both the Ben + Burka office and The Rigs Workspace Administer Rigs memberships, contracts, and onboarding processes Give tours of The Rigs to prospective members and handle light sales follow-up Coordinate with janitorial teams and ensure shared facilities are stocked and maintained Who You Are Professional, personable, and highly organized Comfortable multitasking and proactively managing a range of small but essential tasks Clear and confident communicator, both in person and over phone/email Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in hospitality, office management, or customer service strongly valued Familiar with Google Workspace and quick to pick up new tools Available 40 hours per week
