This is the job for you! StrongPoint is a Class A Self Storage facility that will be opening it’s doors within the next 60 days! The property will be brand new, but the company is not. We can’t wait to add you to our team!

Part Time Manager:

Friday and Saturday – 9:00AM to 6:00PM

• Flexibility for occasional scheduled needs outside the regular schedule to cover for others in the Management Team
• Provide superior customer service to everyone who walks through the door
• Expert with facility management systems software (property management or self storage management). If not an expert, a quick learner comfortable with office automation who can become proficient
• Proficient in telephone and in-person sales techniques – a people person who can land a new lease, sell retail items, and sell store insurance programs
• Manage past due and delinquent rent collection
• Monitor online leases from facility software and 3rd party vendors and follow-up within one-business day
• Manage retail display and stock inventory
• Maintain property appearance and cleanliness (office and office window cleanliness, broom sweep sidewalks, use of landscape blower, clear trash and debris)
• Conduct inspections
• Monitor security surveillance systems
• $12 – $14 per hour based on skill levels
• 10% on retail sold
• 20% on insurance sold
• $10 per lease
• $50 bonus per every 10 google reviews
