Role Description This is a full-time role for a Property Manager, located in Greater Alexandria, Louisiana 71303. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties, managing owner, tenant, and vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with leasing regulations, and conducting property inspections. Qualifications Property Management, Leasing, and Rental Management skills Experience in property maintenance and repairs Knowledge of leasing regulations and property inspection processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with property management software, preferably Appfolio Education in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
