Duties include:

Manages and executes communication between internal and external staff, vendors, and stakeholders. Provides customer service support to all tenants. Generates tenant statements, tracks delinquencies, drafts and sends out collection notices. Processes accounts payable, coding invoices according to property budget. Bills tenant ledgers for utilities and other miscellaneous charges. Obtains certificates of insurance and W-9’s from vendors as required and tenants as it pertains to lease. Coordinates with and communicates to roving maintenance staff. Facilitates monthly commercial portfolio meetings. Tracks lease expirations, renewals, amendments, move-ins/move-outs, and prepares move out reports and onboarding of new tenants. Solicits and gathers proposals from vendors for constructions, TI, and capital expenditures. Drafts services agreements and contracts. Assists in annual operating expense reconciliations. Conducts routine property inspections. Track and assure optimal functioning of building life safety systems. Assist in Property Manager with any other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in management of Commercial Office Properties. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Yardi preferred. Bookkeeping/Accounting Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to multitask and prioritize workflow in fast paced environment. Client and customer service focused.
