Sober Living Operator and House Manager – Pittsfield Vanderburgh Foundation Pittsfield, MA 01203 Are you ready to lead and make an impact in your community? Vanderburgh Sober Living is looking for a passionate leader to operate an independent sober living home in Pittsfield, MA . Our Operators come from diverse backgrounds—many are frustrated with the red tape of traditional programs and are ready for the freedom to lead their own. What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with local organizations to create a referral network Support and guide residents in their recovery journey Lead your home and community with purpose and structure Oversee financials, impact goals, and compliance to ensure long-term success

Compensation:
This is a flexible part-time role with a typical pay range of $650 – $1,200 per month, depending on experience and performance. Generous performance-based incentives and bonuses are available. This role includes flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and professional development assistance.
