Full Time Pay Rate:

$64,500

Schedule:

Monday -Friday 9am-5pm (requires flexibility outside of regular schedule)

The Program Operations Manager (POM) serves as a Residential Division management team member responsible for the overall functioning of the assigned residential site(s), including quality treatment, contract compliance, budget management, facilities, hiring, training and retaining staff and ensuring proper staff coverage to meet the individuals’ needs. This position requires working two weekend shifts per month based on a flexible schedule. This position requires on call afterhours rotation responsibilities. The Agency has the right to relocate staff, including POMs, to a new home based on the needs of the individuals.

QUALFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and two years’ related experience, one year in a supervisory capacity; or an associate’s degree and three years’ related experience, one year in a supervisory capacity; or suitable combination of education and experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to demonstrate effective project management skills Ability to follow organization policies, procedures, and management decisions Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting serving developmental and intellectually disabled adults Ability to respond adeptly and responsibly to site and division emergencies Ability to safely transport individuals using an Agency and/or personal vehicle A qualifying criminal background check, driving record, and a valid driver’s license A current copy of all required health records and TB Why join our Team?
